…because it is out of state…thus, out of state tuition. Let me get this straight: my dad’s parents paid for his entire college tuition. He went out of state, and his parents were okay with it. I’m paying for my entire college tuition, and I consider going out of state…..and my parents say absolutely not. Urgggghhhh
